What is the standard shipping time for vinyl and CDs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 10-21 business days.
Can I return a record if it has been opened?
To maintain the quality of our collection, we only accept returns for items in their original, factory-sealed shrink wrap. If a record is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact support within 30 days for a replacement.
Do you offer digital downloads with vinyl purchases?
Many of our vinyl releases include a digital download card. Check the specific product description for the 'Digital Download Included' tag to confirm eligibility.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What should I do if my vinyl arrives warped?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives damaged or warped, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and email it to our customer service team for a prompt exchange.
